How to Order

o Ordering is simple - just complete our order form

This will allow you to view our menus and place your order at the same time).

o PLEASE NOTE THAT SOON YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE SECURE PAYMENTS ONLINE!

o Payment by cheque or cash on delivery will not be accepted for your first order.
Payment for your first order must be done by credit/debit card or by setting up an account to pay on invoice. Any credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. Cheque or cash on delivery payment options can be used for subsequent orders and cheques should be made payable to Cuisine on Cue.

o If you would like to open an Account please complete the relevant fields on the order form.
Your application will be confirmed within your order confirmation email and if successful we will provide you with your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CODE.
All invoices are due for payment within 14 days after invoice date.

o You will need to provide a 1 hour window slot for your delivery.

o Orders should be placed by 3.00pm for next day delivery.

o Orders after 3.00pm for next day delivery and same day orders may incur a rush charge of £10.00.

o Late orders - We will always try and incorporate same day or late orders where possible...
Please call 08456 44 66 46 and ask regarding stock availability and delivery options.
Substitutions may have to be made without notice, particularly for late orders.
Please see our Late Order Menu for next day delivery requests being made after 5pm. 
If possible we will deliver your order on time, but ask that you allow some flexibility with the delivery times as your order may have to go at the end of our runs. Customers placing orders by 3.00pm the working day prior will get delivery priority.

o We will always confirm receipt of your order with a Sales Order Confirmation. 
This will confirm information such as the delivery date, delivery address,
catering requirements and total cost. It is essential that you check all details of your order and contact us immediately should any part of the order be incorrect.

o Your order is not confirmed until you have received a Sales Order Confirmation.  
If you haven’t received confirmation within 2hrs of placing your order please contact us on 08456 44 66 46.

o  VAT at the current rate will be payable on all charges.
